Shipping Policy

Orders placed on the Sports Plus Promo and Bozz Services sites can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most International countries.

Downloadable products and digital products: These types of items will be available for a limited time after purchase and after payment confirmation is made. Some digital products may be emailed to you.

Custom Apparel: All custom orders for apparel are subject to the manufacturing and shipping methods and may change without notice. With, any domestic manufacturing we will do our best to complete the manufacturing within a 3-4 week period after art is approved.

Inventoried items, once your order is placed can be expect it to be processed within 24-48 business hours.

Transit Times if Applicable

Our transit times are based on USPS and FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the stated shipping time below.

Domestic Shipping
Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days
Second Day Air: 2-3 Business Days
Overnight: 1-2 Business Days

International Shipping
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-15 Business Days, Other Couriers as designated by their shipping terms.

If after you placed your order you realized incorrect information has been given to us please call Customer Service at 866-663-2157. If the order is not on our warehouse floor we can make adjustments however, if it’s already in process you will need to refuse the package and place a new order with us containing the correct information.
