We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with a service that you have purchased, please let us know and we will bend over backwards to try to make it right.

Digital Products: Our digital products go through a stringent approval process - so we hope that takes care of any issues. In any case, once the product is signed off, payed for and delivered no refunds can be made. If there is something that was missed during the approval process by either party, we understand mistakes can be made, thus we will do what we can to correct the issue. 

Custom Apparel: Most of our products are Custom Made to the signed off artwork and thus once we obtain sign off and manufacture the products it cannot be returned or refunded. If you are dissatisfied in anyway, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to resolve any issues.

For our inventoried items. unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.

We offer a limited warranty on our inventoried / products. Please return it to us.   If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@bozzservices.com.  

Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire return form on the reverse side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided using our pre-paid return shipping label.

Have an item you'd like to exchange? Simply fill out the return form and give us a call so we can get a new order placed for you and shipped right away while your original order ships back to our fulfillment center.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

If you do not have a packing slip or the return pre-paid shipping label please email customer service at customerservice@bozzservices.com.  We will email you a return form and label.
